Commercial Real Estate San Francisco is a commercial real estate advisory and referral service. We help businesses define space requirements, shortlist available properties, and connect with licensed California real estate professionals who complete tours, negotiations and transactions. Brokerage activities requiring a license are performed by our licensed partners.

Rent ranges, price levels and market commentary on this site are good-faith estimates based on publicly observable market data at the time of writing. They are not offers, appraisals or investment advice, and individual buildings and deals vary. Verify all figures in writing before making commitments.

No fees to tenants

Tenant representation on leases is typically compensated by landlords, and buyer-side advisory through transaction commission structures. Any exception is disclosed in writing before engagement.

You agree not to misuse the site, scrape its content at scale, or submit false inquiries. We may decline or discontinue service at our discretion.
